Justee reviews virtually any legal or business document: contracts and agreements, employment documents and HR policies, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), partnership and operating agreements, vendor and service agreements, lease and real estate documents, terms of service and privacy policies, corporate governance documents, compliance policies and procedures, and licensing agreements. If it's a document with legal implications, Justee can analyze it.

Two bodies of law. On the U.S. side, Justee checks your document against all federal laws (U.S. Code) and federal regulations (Code of Federal Regulations), together with the statutes and regulations of every state, the District of Columbia, and the five U.S. territories. On the international side, Justee checks documents governed by the law of England & Wales. The corpus is refreshed as legislation changes, so a review reflects the rules in force when you run it, not a snapshot from a year ago.

Yes. Choose United Kingdom (England & Wales) as the jurisdiction and Justee reviews the document against English legislation instead of U.S. law, returning the same risk flags, missing-clause warnings, and citations. This is the jurisdiction most international supply, distribution, financing, and shipping contracts name as their governing law, so it applies to plenty of businesses that have never had an office in the UK. Scotland and Northern Ireland run separate legal systems and are not supported yet.

Yes. Your documents are protected by enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256, TLS 1.2+), secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare), and strict access controls; your content is never sold, never shared with third parties for their own use, and never used to train AI models. Justee is not a law firm, and attorney-client privilege does not apply to uploads here (courts have held AI-assistant chats are not privileged), so we protect confidentiality the way technology can: on paid plans, Full Private Mode encrypts and seals your work with a key only you hold, and Justee cannot read it back.

Justee automatically detects and redacts personally identifiable information before your documents and chat messages reach the AI model. Protected types include:

While our system detects a broad range of common PII types, no automated detection system can guarantee complete identification of all personal information in every document format, language, or context. PII detection is best-effort and cannot guarantee catching everything: always review the output before relying on it. Certain rare identifiers (such as cryptocurrency wallet addresses and MAC addresses) may not be detected automatically. Detection accuracy may vary based on document formatting and structure. You are solely responsible for reviewing and redacting sensitive information from your documents before uploading.
